I’ve been on the phone all day with customer service and I am highly disappointed and upset.... all I wanted to was setup a appointment for installation and I keep getting the runaround.. every person I talk to was not helpful have hung up on me several times.. A woman name jade wanted me to accept the technician fee BEFORE she gave me the availability of a technician and I call now and it automatically hangs up... Tom Karinshak if this is your customer service standards then you need to re-evaluate your model..
