Removed by me for violating forum guidelinesI picked up my equipmemt end of July. Appt for install Aug. 11, Called 3 times. Did not come because used my home phone which I no longer had. I DID give my cell when I signed up. Called to say didn't come. Told me dispatcher would call. No call. Called again.Dispatcher would call. Called again! Did not go to church did not go anywhere because they would call. Did not call. No appts for the the 12th. Really. I should have been a priority then since you messed up. Came the 12th. Fed the cable on the floor from one room to the other would not feed through attic. Called
yesterday to dispute my bill saying service started Aug.1, Didn't get service til 13. Also wanted installation fee waived completely due to waiting all day. Asked to speak to a supervisor. She was to call within 2hours. Wrong! Have not heard, been 18 hours. So. Am very frustrated. Disappointed. Sue <Edited>
