I called 800-266-2678 when our internet was down and was told I was talking to “The Solution Center”. All they were trying to do was sell me a plan for service calls. When I told them I wasn’t interested I just need my internet fixed they became rude and said I had to pay for this plan. I told them no and was getting extremely frustrated. They started to put me on hold every time I tried to speak. Then she came back on and said the only thing I want from you is your credit card. They were unbelievably rude, obnoxious and demanding. Is this a Comcast entity?
