Customer service and Paying more an getting less after every call I made.
I can now say Xfinity has much more than lowered in there customers stand point and customers satisfaction. I'd like to give this example it is like each employee at Xfinity where reading from a book made for the employees that when they get a customer contact that the employee looks at this the book almost as a robot an says a set of answers for any question an these answers say in terms to make sure all the calls and all the chats to the top most importance an priority to any question is to extract and receive the up most payments to recruit the highest bills as possible.
I feel sorry to say that it's like there employees are like robots but before Xfinity employees just seemed to have more freedom to certain things such as changing your service and doing so you could have what you wanted and not have a problem with your bill.
Please help me with your great customer service as you would before, it's not hard to be good and nice on both sides of the spectrum.
