Why is automated the only way to try to reach a human.  Been on the phone for 2.5 hours trying to see what options are available tp me.   Automated wanted me to make a payment - TWICE- Finally was sent to South Africia and could not understand the agent.  She hung up on me when I asked her to repeat what she was saying --- .    Called back and had technical support send me to an agent and have been on hold for 20 mins.  Now the phone has now been disconnected on comcast side.  NOW WHAT DO I DO TO TALK TO A HUMAN.   I'm 75 and do not need to pay $233.69 a month for basic cable and the lowest internet speed.  HELP - I've become HELPLESS

How about posting what you are trying to do(besides talk to a human)? It’s a lot easier to get help that way
