Customer Support? I think not..

I have been trying to get in touch with an agent for weeks now in regards to making arrangements to keep my service. Every time I call, this automated “support system” has hung up on me without even the notion to get me to an agent.. This is ridiculous and a poor way of keeping customers. Right now times are at their extreme hardest and all I want to do is settle payment arrangements and get my questions answered but it’s like breaking out of a maximum security prison just to talk to someone. I am furious at this point and I don’t think I’ll be a customer much longer if this keeps up. I have worked in this industry for far too long and know how this process is supposed to go down, and the way things are now with a system that will not help it’s customers is not the way to do business...
