How to you get new customer pricing? I plan to leave comcast in mid February but was curious if I wasn't happy with my new service and come back would I get new customer pricing?

A new customer is a customer who has not had service for 90 days (60 days in the Central region, 30 days in the West region) and/or has less than six months history as a Comcast customer.
