I got an E mail from Xfinity saying I had requested that a box be disconnected, that I hadn't sent it back yet and that it was going to be disconnected next week.  I have been a Comcast customer for almost 25 years and have never been late with a bill.  I did not make this request.  It was a Comcast error but after an hour and three customer service reps, all I got was an increased bill (Comcast claimed that I had been getting free service on one of my boxes that they have been renting to me for three years--and they have a record of that).  They also claimed I had another box in my possession that I returned over three years ago.  I asked to be given an opportunity for feedback but they never called back. I guess Comcast doesn't want honest feedback.  I wasted an hour of my life for a Comcast screw up.  Their E mail was not acurate and they were unappologetic for any inconvenience.  Worst customer care on the planet.   And I am still not convincd that my account is correct.
