Customer Service Retention

I would like to continue with Xfinity under a new two year contract, but Century Fiber has some compelling offers in my area.

 

I would prefer to stay with Comcast if possible and have been trying to sign up for this deal to no availe yet and hoping an agent maybe able to assist.  I know it says two year price lock and one year contract but I would sign a two year contract since the price is for 2 years.
