I realize there is a pandemic going on... I cannot get in touch with anyone in customer service regarding billing. I have tried using the chat feature. I have recieved a text to my phone and followed the directions on my computer. Still - NOTHING. No assistance. Nothing works. The 800# says people are working from home. Why can't I reach anyone then?
