Could someone in Customer Service contact me?  My bill has been going up constantly.  Since the begining of this year the price has gone up 2 times.  After I complined to the Xfinity store representative I was asked to bring my issue here.  Ihave been a loyal customer for over 12 years and this price hikes are unbearable.  I would like to get some assistance here.
