So I am a current customer with the 10+ channel and internet bundle. My year is almost up. I have been looking to upgrade, however whenever I go to the available plans it only shows my plan 3x with different prices. I don't want the same plan, I am currently also paying for Sling due to the lack of options and I would like to look at options through Comcast, but I want to see them in front of me and not listen to someone telling me about them. I tried through chat and it took 15 minutes for them to tell me some very basic information about one plan and basically indicated that if I didn't want that plan they couldn't help me :[
