My 2 year agreement is up next month and there will be an almost 100% increase in my costs. Thus I want to look at alternatives. However, Comcast prevents me from looking since I am still under contract. I am told to call an 877 number. We all know what that means. I really want to see products like an ordinary customer not one INSULTED by being held hostage inside a contract.
Right now I am testing Sling but would prefer the continuity of staying with Comcast IF I am allowed to look at their products!!!

I called the phone number, went thru the several touchtone excercises ,and then waited for obligatory several minutes, and then ordered service for next year. Squeezing internet only customers to make up for defections to streaming service is so obvious. As YOUR president says SAD.
