Hello, I am having continunouse internet drops. I am on the unlimited 300mb/s plan. The speeds seem fine but regularly kicked on of games due to network disconeects and experience crazy lag. I tried resetting the routers. It didnt work. Everything is hard wired. And before an Experpt tells me I need to check my splitters please be aware that these issues started about a week now. This is not a customer wiring or settings issue as I am seeing it reported all over the threads and internet. This sounds like an Issue directly from comcast perhaps from the surge of people at home right now using the internet due to covit-19. However there is no excuses. We are all paying customers spending our hard earned money for reliable internet. If you can not provide that you need to give us our money back. Furthermore, your calling support is horrendous with insane hold times. Comcast needs to address this right now.
