I have a need to contact a supervisor responsible for the field technicians that service my area to file a complaint over a no-show/no-call. I took off work early to be sure I was home for my “guaranteed” appointment time of 5:00pm to 7:00pm. I contacted tech support at 7:30pm only to learn the field tech claimed, “Homeowner wasn’t home.” This infuriated me as I was home and now want an answer why the technician didn’t show and lied. Also want to know what this “guarantee” is good for. Tech support representative were courteous but have no authority or ability to help resolve this issue other than reschedule another “guaranteed” appointment. So here I am with a $150/month bill and have intermittent internet and tv. Totally useless.
