Contacting Xfinity/Comcast

Has anyone ever had a problem calling Xfinity? Whenever I try to call any of the Xfinity #'s., I get a recorded message stating that the call cannot be completed at this time. Please try your call again later. This happens on all of Xfinity's numbers and only Xfinity's numbers.

What phone/service are you dialing from? What numbers are you dialing?  Do you have issues dialing any other business 8XX numbers?  Are you dialing 1+ or just 10 digits?  Is there a trailer error code given at the end of the recorded message?
