Construction department contact request

Just closed on a property and I am wondering costs to trench new lines, or add to existing poles if Comcast has leasing rights in the neighborhood. Rural but close to existing service area for Xfinity. Currently only offered DSL through phone lines from other provider or satelite. Not really a viable option. Wanting to know the cost of constuction to bring new lines in.
