I'm writing here because I have no where else to go on this matter.
I work for a business that needs Comcast service at a new location; We had the survey and the team informed us they need construction at the site: It has been almost an entire month of no action taken from Comcast. Our rep(s) that are handling this account never respond to our emails or calls and we are completely in the dark.
We just recently received an email giving us a construction order, but I have no idea what this actually means as no one will explain anything to us about what is going on. Reaching out here as a last resort, our entire team is sitting in our new office with no service.
