I was charged for a service call that I was not suppoed to be charged for. I have had to call back 3 times and each time they tell me I will be credited...dont worry, you will receive a confirmation in the next day. And nothing changes. What do I do? Every time I call I get someone who doesnt speak english well so its hard to understand them, yet they assure me its going to be credited but it never does. Im getting really frustrated.
