Connectivity

I do not have power going to my cable outlets so I cannot connect my new service. I’ve tried setting up an appointment for the last two days but I can not get anyone to call me back. Any suggestions?

It’s been escalated but how far back through your house did you check?

Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums. Sorry for the experience you're having while trying to connect your services. I'd be happy to investigate. Have you tried all of the outlets in your home? Send me a private message with your first and last name as it appears on your account? To send a private message, click on "ComcastChe” and then click “send a message."
