Connectivity to trunk line

We have not been receiving internet signals for the last two weeks.  Our wifi is working and is recognized by our wireless devices (android phones, laptop, Bose system) however the wifi sends a message back "Stating there is no internet available".   We have rebooted our wifi system several times.  Same result.   


It appears that Comcast / Xfinity  has filter out our internet ?   I would like a field technician to check out your system from street connection.
