Connectivity becomes unreliable during inclement weather

Hello,

Our account is a firehouse, but it is paid for collectively by the fire fighters who work here.

During rain and wind, our internet connectivity becomes very poor. The wifi network boradcasts, but regularly stops providing internet. I'm relaitelvy certain that this is because of the poor outside connections on our building. It's clear that the wire from the pole has been replaced several times, but isn't attached to the building with much strength. And many of the filters and couplers are exposed.

Will Comcast send a technician to reinforce the outside connection on our building?

Yes, they should also check if water is getting into the connections and for any corrosion
