Good morning,

 

I had an issue with my Wi-Fi password, which Shawna resolved for me.  She was patient and kind, very knowlegeable and walked me through the process of retrieving my password.

 

Thanks to employees such as Shawna, Comcast keeps its customers!

And how did you get ahold of Shawna, phone or chat?  How long were you trying to connect to someone before you got her?
