Compentation on poor service?

Compentation on poor service?

Where can I ask about compensation on poor service internet, TV but specially on land line? Agent connected me to royalty dept but no help whatsoever. Last time Tech support was able to investigate and gave me credit adjustment. I need the same kind of fix and compensation. Where can I go? Direct phone number or email address? Thanks in advance.

Have you had a tech out to see why you're having problems?  If not you probably should.

 

There isn't an email address you can use but you can call 1-800-COMCAST or the number on your bill.

Yes, technician came over 10 times. Each time they say it's fixed, but nothing changes. Tv and internet got better but it gets disconnected in the middle of watching. When I come home, phone is off line 2 to 3 times a week, missing out an important call. It does not make sense if I have to pay full price. I m thinking of going back to att...
