Where can I ask about compensation on poor service internet, TV but specially on land line? Agent connected me to royalty dept but no help whatsoever. Last time Tech support was able to investigate and gave me credit adjustment. I need the same kind of fix and compensation. Where can I go? Direct phone number or email address? Thanks in advance.

There isn't an email address you can use but you can call 1-800-COMCAST or the number on your bill.
