ComcastShane helped me renew my Double Play Package with Comcast..
Renewing my Double Play contract with Comcast is one of my least favorite things to do. I contacted ComcastShane and he looked into my options to continue my service. He was quick to respond and very helpful in providing the information I needed to make my decision. I worked as a service tech for more than 30 years and my goal was to provide the customer with service which was more than they expected. That is exactly what I received from ComcastShane and he is an excellent example of how Comcast is improving customer service.
I know many people come here upset about problems they have with Comcast customer service. I hope you will give ComcastShane and the other service reps on this forum a chance to help and don't expect the same problems with customer service you may have experienced in the past.
I believe Comcast should make it easier to inform others when customers receive excellent service.
