ComcastJoeTru - No "Private Message" Available?

ComcastJoeTru -- My promotion is ending and the system will not allow me to private message you to discuss options; I have concerns with getting in touch with someone with the "Loyalty" department,.  Looking for a comparable rate, maybe you can help.
