I had a scheduled service appointment, and nobody from comcast showed up, and I am without my phone service, as the cable hookup needs to be reinstalled correctly, and I need to get the phone service restored, and the cable hookups redone. The appointment was for Wed. 3/7/18 between 4-6 pm.
