After reaching a negotiated monthly bill of $177.87 on December 26, 2017, I received a text from Comcast today stating that there was a "processing error" and now my new montly bill will be $188.81.
We reached an agreement. •For $119.99 per month for months 1-24, with enrollment in EcoBill® paperless billing and automatic payments plus associated fees for dvr, taxes and fees, equals $177.87
Do I have any recourse besides cancelling before January 25, 2018?
