Comcast lack of transparency

Can someone explain why "deals for current customers " is kept hidden while deals for new customers are pushed as TV ads and internet ads.  Shouldn't all deals be available to everyone?  This seems like a form of discrinination.  I think it is causing comcast a loss of customers.

RIGHTAGAIN, I understand your frustration. Everyone is given access to new customer promotions when they sign up initially. There are retention offers that are available for existing levels of service as well as upgrades. It's important to keep in mind that as markets change, so do pricing. So a promotional rate for a package you were put on two years ago may have an increased or decreased price difference today.
