Comcast has been charging me extra!

I looked at my plan here - https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/myplan, which shows what I should be paying

 

Then I looked at my past bills here - https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing/past-statements

 

All the bills are higher and don't match up. Who do I contact to fix this and get a refund?

Your plan doesn't include equipment fees, Broadcast fees, Regional Sports fees [if you have cable], taxes or surcharges.

 

FWIW, only you can see the information on your billing statements from the link above.  As customers we don't have access to that kind of information.

Actually in the 'My Plan' link it does show equipment rental fees. I understand that you cannot see my details but you should be able to see your own and see if they match.
