Comcast does not want to retain loyal customers-some of us have no choice

same here...no loyalty provision for those who have been customers for YEARS. I have been asking for at least THREE years for better pricing, when a new customer can pay half of what I pay. Can't get a different provider where I live or I'd have left Comcast quickly!! Why am i forced into the higher rate-while the new customers get cheap deals. 

 

Never any incentives for those who have been here. I ask almost monthly.

We value all our customers, including you. Regarding promotional discounted offers, We offer an introductory rate for the first 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years depending upon the offer. After the introductory period offer expires, the price does go to what we call Everyday Price or regular rate.
