I have a written contract with Comcast price guarantee done thru executive customer service. 6 months later mybill doubles, can not reach the csr and all I get is they are trying to put me in a new bundle. I don't want a new bundle. I want my my contract honored and can't get a phone number for corporate customer service that works other than a call center. Anyone have a phone number for someone that can actually help other me me having to just get an attorney for their breech of contract.
