So, I've ordered a cable box, and some XfinityWiFi for my home, and we called Comcast to send it to us.
A few weeks later, it shown up, and we was going to set it up for we can get everything working.
As soon as we tried to set up, on the screen stated a " error ". We called Comcast, and they said we had a block on our house, ( from the previous owner ), and, they said we had to pay a bill so we can get our Internet and cable services on. Please, please, help us because, we didn't order XfinityWiFi and cable before, and we never got Comcast. What can you do to help us because, we want your service.
