I just signed up for the Xfinity package with free Netflix streaming. I was led to believe that I should also stop my DVD subscription with Neflix and that I would receive an email from Comcast to link my account with Netflix so that the DVD subscription would be handled by Comcast.
I did the cancellation. I have not received and email, after 3 days.
A chat with Xfinity did not help.
Have I totally misunderstood this new arrangement with Netflix?
I am currently able to have access to Netflix streaming via the Xfinity app.
