Sub contractors for Comcast have been on our street the last week, and 3 days infront and on my property installing new trunk lines.
They have finished and left and ahve damaged:
Landscape Lighting now doesn't work
Bushes removed and not replaced
Flowers removed and not replaced
pine straw removed and not replaced
THey did not test my irrigation so I have no idea if that is damaged.

Hi tomschroedersal -- I can help with your property damage. To be clear though, the techs have the right to the easement. Anything that obstructs the easement or obstructs them from completing their work can be moved at their discretion. I have created a claim for you however I needed to state that disclosure in the event that the claim is denied due to the objects being within that easement.
