Last night a customer service representative helped me transfer my service to a new apartment unit I'll be moving into today (just the service, I have a modem and router).
The representative got the building number right, but the unit number wrong. Now I have no internet in the current unit, nor the unit I'm moving into. I have called customer service this morning, and was instructed to go into my account settings and change the address. There is no way to do this via app or browser. Desperate for a human to help. I just need one digit changed.
