I am not an employee but I'm glad the company is taking this step but what I'd like to see is some money being spent on customer service for the people paying your salaries! Getting to a live person is nearlly impossible and ineffective when you do. if you want to protect jobs of any sort try taking care of the customers.
Would be nice if Comcast and all others companies would also remember the ones who made them the company they are today. There are no programs for seniors at all and there should be because without the seniors these companies wouldn't be where they are today. Customers who have been with these companies since inception need to be included in all programs too.
