I called to see tonight if any updates to my complaint on harassment by Comcast repair and improvement team that I made on feb 28 or March 1, I was told that I would receive notification by Thursday the 8th of March giving them time to review the many complaints and get back to me with a better offer than a $10-20 credit for hours of many telephone calls trying to stop it, I asked for 1channel to make it right, that channel was cmt.
Well the operator that I talked to tonight, looked and came up with nothing. So here it’s been almost 2 weeks with no offer. This is my last attempt to continue my service with Comcast! I am not satisfied with how I was treated or the resolve of the issue. I gave you all some time to make it right, to no avail! Feel free to email or text your last efforts or not, it’s up to you,,,
Disgruntled customer that has been with Comcast for years and looking for better options
