After connecting with chat support while attempting to add tv service to my account the representative misled me several times seemingly to fool me into a contract. He offered a 150+ channel package which automatically upgraded from the 125+ package, If this is a feature I have never heard of it. He also told me the best part of the 2 year contract was that the price stayed the same for 24 months, which is completely untrue as the price increses by 20 dollars after one year. Then he said it is true because I can sidegrade or downgrade my account after one year so the price wouldnt increse. I would like to inform support that this isnt the first time or the second time but this is the reason I find it harder and harder to stick with this company. Please improve your support so you dont loose loyal customers.
