Charges to my account

My husband and I went to the Plain St. Lowell office of  Infinity/Comcast, for the purpose of discussing lowering monthly charges to our account. The result was very unsatisfactory. We are 85 and 87 year old seniors that Comcast has taken advantage of for years. We tried to discuss the situation with your representative at the office. Not only were we deceived as to what could be accomplished. Today we learned that we will be charged over $160 for what we were NOT told about.


These two seniors are not interested in Premium Channels HBO et al.  We were not told were were being charged to discussed the management of our account. I expect this injustus to be rectified.
