Charged 60 for professional installation when phone rep said was free
Hello, I recently moved to a new address and I decided to switch from AT&T to Comcast. I called Comcast and I signed up for the extreme 150 plan. I am a certified technician and I could have done it myself. The phone representative told me there was a limited time free professional installation. So I signed up. The technician came yesterday and I was charged $60 for a professional installation fee. My bill is $135 when it’s supposed to be $75. I am satisfied with the service, but m I am not very happy about this charge when it was supposed to be free. I would love to have this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
