On June 29th, my checking account was hit with numerous fraudulent charges (mostly involving PayPal) which I disputed. Unfortunately, my automatic payment to Xfinity was also flagged even though it was a valid charge. On July 16, my June payment was reversed due to a chargeback. As a result, my account is past due and also hit with a late fee. I spoke with an Xfinity agent and was told when my payment was reversed, it was returned to my debit card. However, that card was cancelled and a new one was instituted. I spoke with my bank and they told me they have no evidence of a returned payment. They also told me I need to get Xfinity to send a denial of the chargeback to the bank. How do I go about doing this?
