Changing the shipping address for the self-install kit
I'll be moving in ~8 days. I want to have all my utilities ready for move in.
When I signed up, a technician told me that (he/she) could change the shipping address so that the kit shows up at my current residence, but only after I order it (that's dumb but ok). Anyways, after I completed the order my chat session ended, so the tech is nowhere to be found, and I cannot seem to figure out how to do this using the "update order" menu, (which only says "Thank you for the purchase!"). Chat bot cannot figure it out either.
