Changed my Services Last Month (reduced cost)...will this Month's "AutoPay" Amount be Adjusted?
I changed my services with Comcast last month 2 days before my billing date (dropped TV service and kept the ISP/(Internet) service). The "Autopay" amount has stayed the same old amount since then and will be charged/paid on 4/16. What are the chances that the "Autopay" amount will be correct? (Should be about half of the old amount). Should I cancel my Autopay and pay what I think the bill should be? If I drill down the billing section far enough I see my "new" monthly charges, but even those are wrong as they have me paying a "Regional Sports Fee" and an "HD Technology Fee" on my "Internet Only" plan!?!? Is that because of the "free" "Xfinity Flex Box" that they gave me to pair with my Internet-only plan? Any advice appreciated. ---Brian
