Change of customer, same address.

I am an existing customer. I am moving out of country. The other tenant at this address is a new customer. I want to cancel my service, and have the new service begin without interruption.

 

When the other tenant requested a new service at this same address, it automatically canceled my service, which I thought was strange.

 

Now My Account tells me that my last day of service is today, 4/26, but that the new scheduled service won't begin until May 1st.

 

Who do I contact for this at the moment?
