Hello, my current 12 month plan is scheduled to end on May 8. I went to manage my plan to see if I could change to the 100 Mbps plan ahead of time. That would give me higher speed while having to work from home during covid-19. The manage my plan process said there would be a $110 early cancellation fee.
Can I get this changed early without this fee or do I really need to wait 3 weeks?
