I own a summer home in Delaware. Each year Comcast has a policy to limit the service during the winter months. The policy was usually November to March.
I have been trying for over a week to get someone on the phone or get a call back to get this done, what to I have to do?
I'll expepect being contacted back or I'll just call Optimum or direct tv. this is just thelworst customer service even by Comcast standards.
