Change Seasonal Convenience Plan

I received an Important Informatin booklet which supposedly gives instruction on how to cahne seasonal plan.

1. Visist xfinity.con/seasonal -

2. Log in with user name and password

3. Click Charge Seasonal Convienece. Where is this button? it certainly is not on the page

Please note: Minimum time to put an account on hold is 90 days and maximum is 270 days.
 
Seasonal hold is not available everywhere.

Recieved a notice card stating the date when service will be reinstated. I want to change the return date following the "easy" steps but it doesn't work. What to do next??????????
