I am moving to a new address and have a transfer of service scheduled with Xfinity for this Friday, 5/1. I am hoping to get a better understanding of when exactly the service will stop at my old apartment and begin and the new one. If I will lose access at the old apartment on 5/1 then I will need to update the move date to 5/2. I am working from home due to COVID-19 and need to ensure internet coverage for the full day 5/1 at my current address.
I have tried calling multiple times but cannot connect to an actual service rep and cannot find anywhere to make the update online.
