Cell number already associated with another account

Hello, I'm a returning Xfinity customer. I'm using the same cell number as before but I can't verify my mobile because it's "already associated with another account." I don't have access to my old account. Could you please fix that? Thanks!

Chatted with support from my account so this was fixed.
